Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston

I left a 5 star hotel that was 5 minutes away, to come here because of the service. The front desk and all of the staff treat you like you are the most important person in the world. I left the Holiday Inn Express because they treated you like just another number. Whenever away on business in this area, I will choose best Western over Holiday Inn Express any and every day

Room had a door to the next and it did not have anything in between them. So you could clearly hear the conversations and the kids all morning. The beds were comfy.

A True American Experience This was my first time in the U.S., and I was hoping to find a place that feels truly American — not just modern or stylish, but authentic and full of heart. And I found it here. The room, the atmosphere, the people — everything felt real, warm, and soulful. This place showed me a side of America I was dreaming of. Thank you for this unforgettable experience.

Wonderful facility. Was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was awesome! However, it’s a bit of a walk to the subway station and the bus stop near by is also still a decent walk, and you have to wait forever for it. Their desk staff was really helpful and caring. I would definitely return, especially if I was driving.

We stayed for three nights and overall it was a very good experience! Pros: Our room was very large. I loved how it had a sitting area and a little separate bedroom area. Location was amazing! Few minute uber ride to the north station to get into the city! It was very very quiet. We had late nights and early mornings never heard a peep. Seemingly safe, went out several times to smoke and never saw any "characters" about. Breakfast was really solid! They had things we both liked. The French toast that was part of the selection one morning was really really good! Cons: The elevator!!!! That is the sketchiest thing I've ever seen in my life! Do the stairs... the elevator is legit so sketchy. There didn't seem to be any tv channels aside from minimum local and samsung TV channels. We were not in the room much so it wasn't a huge deal but odd there were no channels. Furniture is a bit dated going to give grace on this as the hotel is currently undergoing what appears to be a decently large renovation. Overall no complaints! The staff was great, breakfast good, location to city was great. If I find myself in Boston again I'd stay again.

If you're just looking for a decent place to hang your hat, within a reasonable drive or subway ride into downtown Boston, this meets the requirements. Our room was clean, well maintained. A/C was noisy. Carpets in the hallway are in desperate need of a shampooing. My biggest grievance is the $10/day parking fee. The complimentary breakfast was good enough to keep us from going somewhere else. The T red line subway station was within a decent walk (at least in nice weather), and did that rather than pay again for another parking spot. It's no White Lotus, but it met our expectation for a lower budget hotel to crash at on a weekend getaway.

We stayed here on two different nights. Brenda at the front desk was probably the BEST front desk customer service agent ever! We have stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels and she should early employee of the month/year. Hotel is clean, breakfast excellent, laundry facilities easy and close to the “T”. We don’t mind walking. Close to airport too.

Stayed one night before our cruise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are being refurbished and the results are excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the views of the river was fabulous. Restaurant on site served excellent pub fare. Breakfast included was great. 24 hour coffee/tea was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
